I've been a full-time real estate agent for over 20 years. My finance background includes bond brokerage firms and telecommunications companies, although my favorite is real estate. I am a firm believer in the value of real estate as part of a long term financial investment plan. Much of my business has been with relocation clients. It is so fun to share with them the beautiful homes here in Idaho that are a fraction of the price they are used to in other states. Since my second year in business, much of my business has come to me by referral. I really appreciate that my clients are entrusting me with their important contacts. For my seller clients, I believe in maximum exposure right up front. I spend the extra time and money get full exposure and to maximize the number of buyers that will see their home. For buyers, I understand that the home search is a process and I spend the time to find the home that is a perfect fit. When not working with my clients, you'll find me exploring the great outdoors in Idaho, watching movies, and spending time with my husband Curt. We have two grown daughters that are married and we have seven grandkids. We appreciate that southwest airlines helps us stay in touch with family in California and Missouri.
